This Audio Visual Production intern/fellow will be mentored within the Department of Medical Audio Visual Services and will assist with the design, development and production of science based multimedia products that support the global mission of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. The Intern/fellow will assist with creating video based multimedia products using a variety of different computer software programs, equipment and tools.
This opportunity requires specialized knowledge, education, training and applied experience with the audiovisual production process from beginning to end, operating a wide range of complex production equipment such as audio recorders, HD video cameras and recorders, video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition), and video production switcher.
Candidate must have an education background in Studio Art with Concentration in Digital Media/New Genre, graphic design/ Biomedical science and research, mass media communications, multimedia production. Must have a degree within the last five years.
