- Performing rigorous data cleaning, profiling, and quality control
- Mapping and harmonizing diverse data elements across different datasets or time periods
- Conducting exploratory and statistical data analyses to support studies requiring high-fidelity data to validate any machine learning (ML)-based decision support system
- Building reproducible data pipelines and analysis workflows using statistical programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, or R)
- Formatting clinical data and preparing data for integration into clinical decision support system.
- Documenting findings, results, and technical processes in detailed reports and presentations
- Disseminating analytical findings and research methodologies through scientific research journals, presentations, and team-wide technical demonstration
Where will I be located?
